What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our list, we collect: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), order history, and basic device and browser information through standard analytics cookies. Payment card data passes directly through Shopify Payments and Stripe — we do not store it.

Why we collect it

• To process your order and deliver your tea.
• To respond to questions, returns, and customer-service requests.
• To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and — only if you opt in — our occasional Journal newsletter.
• To improve our website, in aggregate, through analytics.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever. We do not share it with advertising networks for retargeting. We do not pass it to data brokers.

Service providers

We share your information only with the vendors who help us operate the business — Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo (email), Google (analytics), ShipBob (fulfillment), and our customer-service tool. Each is contractually bound to protect your data and to use it only to deliver the service.

Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies (cart, checkout, login) and analytical cookies (anonymous traffic and behavior). You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, though some site features will stop working.

Your rights

If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any data-sharing. Email us at privacy@thesaintgraal.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Children

The site is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect data from children under thirteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site for thirty days.
