Shipping

We ship the Saint Graal box, the seasonal selection, and individual tea sachets to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping will be available later in the year.

How it ships

Every order ships in our racing-green lacquered cube, padded and double-cartoned. Tea is sealed at the source and remains airtight until you open it. We do not stock tea — every box is built when you order it, which is why we ship within three to five business days rather than the same afternoon.

• Expedited · 2 business days · $18 flat.
• Overnight · Order before 11 a.m. ET · $35 flat.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your box leaves the roastery. If anything seems wrong on its way to you — held in customs, delayed, mis-routed — write to us and we will replace it without question.

Damage

If your box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us at hello@thesaintgraal.com. We will send a replacement at our cost within twenty-four hours.
