By using thesaintgraal.com or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. They are deliberately short. If anything is unclear, write to us at hello@thesaintgraal.com and we'll explain in plain language.

Who we are

Saint Graal LLC is a Florida limited liability company. The site, the trademark, the box design, and the photography are all property of the company. The tea is sourced and prepared by James Mackness through Motovotano, our manufacturing partner.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, mis-priced items, or items that have sold out before your order processes. If we cancel an order, we refund any payment charged in full, immediately.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax (which we collect where required by law). We try to keep prices stable for the full season but reserve the right to change them for new seasons or new harvests.

Limited warranty

Saint Graal teas are intended to be brewed and consumed as a beverage. We make no medical or therapeutic claims. We guarantee the tea is what we say it is — origin, harvest, processing — and that it has not been adulterated. If we get any of that wrong, we will refund the order and replace the box at our cost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the "last updated" date above. For material changes, we will post a notice on the site for thirty days.
